Our solution:
Side-by-side package 'cards' that quickly showcase each service's features, options, price, etc. including an accordion drop down to allow users to compare channel offerings for each package.
How we got there:
- 1 FULL Design Sprint (all 5 days)
- 5 Design iterations
- 12 User tests (5 users per test)
- 60 User interviews
- 1 Mini Design Sprint (1 afternoon to remind ourselves of the customer problem as we got further down the road)
