Creditorsrelief saw continually increasing costs per enrollment (or Cost Per Acquisition). I was tasked with optimizing the existing advertising accounts and to create new campaigns and strategies in order to generate more leads without increasing the CPA(Cost Per Acquisition).

Solution
Take ownership of all ad accounts - Search, Display, and Social
Optimized the existing accounts across all channels
Implemented granular tracking in order to understand the traffic from each ad network
Created data-driven ad campaigns that were more targeted and optimized for the ideal customer
The optimizations and new campaigns required me to;
redefine the targeting on Search, Display, and Social channels
conduct extensive keyword and audience research
regularly conduct granular analysis and continually add in negative keywords, negative placements, and negative audiences
optimize the location targeting
implement day-parting
improve the landing pages to increase conversion rate
adjust bidding by device
as well as various other day-to-day tasks
Eventually I reached the goal of increasing leads without driving up CPA. But additionally, I was able to significantly drop the CPA from an average of $3,000 down to an average of $800.
