This is one example of the monthly all-customer newsletter that I wrote for over three years at my previous company, Aptem. It involved managing and liaising with key stakeholders such as the CMO, COO, CPO, and Head of Customer Experience to ensure we maintained technical accuracy, effective product/brand positioning and clear and concise communication.
