Client Background:
LetterHelp is a youth-led non-profit organization based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. They are a non-profit that focuses on youth mental health awareness and spreading positivity in the community through social events and activities led by the organization’s volunteers.
Role:
I worked as a volunteer brand ambassador and content creator.
Challenges:
Inconsistent posting schedule leading to irregular audience interaction.
Limited resources in terms of creating posts or visuals for their social media platforms.
Difficulty in staying consistent and coming up with compelling and engaging content ideas for their brand.
Solutions
1. Content Creation:
- Developed a consistent content calendar featuring product showcases, user-generated content, and interactive posts like polls and quizzes.
2. Audience Engagement:
- Actively monitored and responded to comments and messages, ran regular giveaways, and encouraged customer photo shares.
Results
The strategy significantly improved LetterHelp's online presence.
