The Brief

Edit a promotional culinary video showcasing Chef Stephen Edwards and his philosophy of combining relaxed dining with Michelin-level food quality, highlighting sustainable sourcing practices and specialized cooking techniques.

The Process

I created a narrative structure that interweaves the chef's culinary philosophy with his hands-on techniques.
Using footage from both the restaurant kitchen and supplier locations, I crafted seamless transitions between the sourcing story and cooking demonstrations.
I captured the precision of specialized techniques like sous vide and blowtorching through detailed close-ups, while maintaining the casual, approachable tone that aligns with the restaurant's ethos.

The Outcome

My editing produced an engaging sponsor feature that effectively positions AEG at The Taste London festival.
The finished video demonstrates the brand's commitment to sustainability and culinary excellence through authentic storytelling.
By showcasing both the philosophical approach and practical techniques, the content appeals to food enthusiasts while establishing Chef Edwards as an authority in the culinary space, creating valuable association for the AEG brand.
