As an outbound sales representitive, I was required to set my daily clear and specific goals. Targeting a specified number of cold calls, discovery calls and closing. Blocking 3-6 hours per day for cold calling.
Creating a daily to-do list or schedule and prioritizing tasks based on their importance and deadlines.
Reviewing my list of leads/prospects and update based on their stage in the sales pipeline.
Identify High-Priority prospects
Conducting prospect research and understanding their business needs
Documenting after each call my interaction with key details on Hubspot
Analysing the outcome of the calls daily
Comparing my results with my goals set.
Planning for the next day and any follow ups or actions required
