I didn’t build this to play nice with traditional broker fees. 🚀

For a long time, I’ve wanted to build a platform that solves a massive, real-world headache for independent small business owners. When an independent owner decides to liquidate assets or transition their business, they are often forced to hand over a massive 10% to 12% of their lifetime payout to traditional business brokers—just to facilitate the transaction safely.

So, I sat down at the keyboard and engineered a direct, secure, and automated escrow alternative from the ground up: MYBIZISYOURBIZ.COM

I bypassed the heavy frameworks and built the entire application using a clean, vanilla technical stack (HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript) hooked into a robust infrastructure suite using Supabase, Magic Link authentication, and Cloudflare.

To protect sensitive financial records from web scrapers and predatory brokers, I built the active directory behind a secure authentication wall.
