LiveChat -Functional Testing | UI Testing

For LiveChat product, I conducted thorough manual testing for the implementation of new features, ensuring their seamless integration into the system. Additionally, I performed daily tests on existing features, uncovering and addressing bugs promptly. Beyond bug identification, I contributed to the improvement of existing functionalities by proposing innovative ideas. To maintain open communication and foster collaboration, I actively participated in daily video meetings, ensuring alignment with the team's goals and objectives.
