DevCol Group Inc. needed an investor-ready pitch deck for the 4525 Elsie Faye Higgins Development, a residential initiative designed to redefine affordable living in the BonTon district of South Dallas.

As Lead Consultant and Pitch Deck Strategist, I translated complex real estate development data into a visually compelling narrative for investors and community development organizations.

I delivered market analysis and investment rationale for the BonTon corridor, feasibility and ROI modeling, architectural and environmental integration visuals, and strategic storytelling that aligned design, data, and investor psychology.

The client used the deck to secure meetings with community development organizations. The 4525 Elsie Faye Higgins project is now in progress.
