Tago is a grocery delivery solution that prioritizes flexibility to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of users. This case study will give a summary into the design process, highlighting key features and decisions that contribute to Tago's flexibility.
Research
Understanding the diverse needs of users was paramount in designing Tago. Through user interviews, surveys, and market research, we identified key pain points and desires, such as:
Order Customization: Users want the ability to make last-minute changes or additions to their orders.
Varied Schedules: Users have different daily routines and preferred times for grocery delivery.
Product Preferences: Users may prefer specific brands, organic options, or have dietary restrictions.
Delivery Locations: Choosing delivery locations, including home, workplace, or a different address.
Customizable Orders
A real-time editing feature, allowing users to modify their orders even after checkout.
Adaptive delivery Slots
A dynamic delivery slot system that adapts to the user's schedule.
