This script is used globally against Salesforce cases to search for specific keywords in a case and notify when they are opened and closed as well inform interested users of how it was resolved and if the proper information was obtained by the engineers.

Python script used to monitor all incoming cases for specific keywords. It then notifies a group and adds them to a DB. They can be monitored using a GUI.
