• Perform daily audits on internal systems with an average weekly accuracy of 97%.

• Lead the team to ensure an average weekly accuracy of 95%, zero tardiness, and zero expired cases.

• Work closely with the Policy Expert to convey any updates regarding policy changes to the team and ensure a smooth transition to reduce the impact of errors.

• Collect, analyze, and create a report on social media trends for future policy changes.

• Analyze moderation performance data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that provide valuable insights for future moderation improvements.

• Manage task assignments for the team to ensure that all tasks are completed successfully within the allocated time.

• Participate in ad hoc requests from accounts handled, such as root-cause analysis, reporting, data insights generation, and more.
