Kadran, a French real estate startup, leverages Dutch auctions, where the price progressively decreases until a buyer bids at their desired point. This explainer video, alongside its companion piece on traditional auctions, showcases Kadran's innovative approach.

I collaborated closely with

Mattey

on the entire project, from crafting the script to final production. This included designing both static frames and animations. Our aim was to strike a balance between clean professionalism and a touch of approachability to avoid an overly sterile feel.

The narrative follows a buyer's journey, emphasizing the streamlined and effortless experience of purchasing property through Kadran.
