As part of a team of four actors-writer, a director and MD, I've curated the musical material and help write and edit sketches and songs for the acclaimed satire show NewsRevue - the longest running comedy sketch show in London.
Over three separate runs, I was charged with overseeing all musical aspects of the show, which included writing harmonies, editing the material, and supervising the writing process in order to make sure all storytelling and comedy aspects of every piece landed with the audiences in the most effective and creative way possible.
During the performances, I have also accompanied the performers on piano and was responsible for making sure the show ran smoothly in accordance with the director's vision, and instructions from the long-running production team.
