Most onboarding experiences in the creative industry are overwhelming — bloated with meetings, endless emails, and unclear timelines. Clients are left confused, waiting, and unsure what happens next.

I wanted to solve this by building a smooth, transparent onboarding experience — and communicate it through a short, clean launch video.

Here’s how I approached it:

1. Scriptwriting with ChatGPT I used a tailored prompt that focused on simplicity, clarity, and a 12-day delivery cycle. Prompt:

“Create a VSL about the smooth onboarding process and that as a client you shouldn't be troubled with information — it should be easy, simple. From designing to hosting your website. The design process is 12 days — include it.”

2. Visual Design All UI scenes were custom-designed from scratch to mimic Apple-style interfaces, making the visuals feel familiar, premium, and trustworthy.

3. Audio & SFX I used Epidemic Sound for voice-over, music, and sound design — making the experience cohesive and polished without legal worries.

4. Storyboard & Flow The video was structured to move from first hello → onboarding → design → handoff → launch — all in under a minute.

The final result is a short-form visual story that reflects the exact promise to clients:

No clutter. No back-and-forth. Just clear, simple steps — from hello to live website in 12 days.

Everything — from design to hosting — is handled. And the video communicates that with calm clarity.
