8-Sheet Permit Plan Set in Four Days, Drawn by an AI Pipeline

The brief. An 8-sheet plan set: cover, site plan, architectural plans/elevations/sections, structural, plumbing and electrical sheets. Delivered as DXF + PDF.
How I built it. Instead of drafting each sheet by hand, I built a scripted drafting pipeline with Claude Code and Python (ezdxf). It generates the DXF sheets, renders them for self-QA and compiles the PDF set. Revisions became code changes: the set went through Rev A → D, and the full set rebuilds in about 50 seconds.
The result.

Client: "Everything looks good"
Rehired the same day on an hourly contract for modifications
