As a Frontend Engineering Manager, I led the frontend development of this cutting-edge SaaS product with a professional team of 4 developers focusing on user experience and technical excellence.

Collaborated with stakeholders to define product vision and technical roadmap.

Crafted scalable frontend architectures using modern frameworks & libraries like Next.js, React, Redux and Tailwind CSS.

Implemented best coding practices, conducted code reviews, maintained high standards of cod quality and built CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS EC2, S3.

Led sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features.

Coordinated with backend engineering team, designers, and QA testers to ensure seamless integration.

Championed Test Driven Development (TDD) practices, writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
