Akuberbagi.com is a CSR platform from Generali Insurance Indonesia offer you a life insurance that include donation.

This project developed teamly, my team consist of:

1 Product Manager,

1 UI/UX Designer,

1 Backend Engineer,

1 Frontend Engineer

As a team leader, I'm responsible for leading team, design data schema/structure/system, I also have a role as Core Backend Engineer that serve RESTAPI, and Support Front End for develop the backoffice (web based apps) with Angular, and do deployment in development and production instance.

At beginning, I'm only a Backend and Engineer and this project was developed by 4 Frontend Engineer and 2 Backend Engineer but in the mid of development time we weren't sure that we can achieve the target ontime because the number of team affect the speed and tasks allocation, so we decide to reduce the team's member to 1 Frontend Engineer and 1 Backend Engineer and I was assigned to lead the team because the count, and we did it faster and better because we can do tasks allocation better with smaller team's member.
