CX Management App

Management app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app was designed in XD and was a management tool for an office, with features for managing employees and events as well as making announcements. I approached the project by first researching the target audience and identifying their needs and pain points. I then created wireframes and prototypes to test the usability and functionality of the app before moving on to the design phase. The final product was well-received by the client and has been successful in improving efficiency and communication within their office.
