The website’s cluttered design and unintuitive navigation buried essential tools like cost calculators and document uploads, leading to high bounce rates and user frustration. Compounding these issues, the platform was not optimized for mobile devices—a critical oversight, given that 70% of their audience accessed the site via smartphones. Slow load times and a non-responsive layout made mobile interactions cumbersome, further alienating users.
