AI-Powered Route Optimization for Last-Mile Delivery – Routary I contributed to enhancing and optimizing Routary, an AI-powered multi-stop route planning platform for delivery fleets, sales teams, and travelers. My work focused on improving UX, streamlining workflows, and strengthening backend reliability for real-time, AI-driven route optimization. I helped refine integrations with Google Maps and Waze, optimized the route engine for faster, cost-effective last-mile deliveries, and improved the dispatcher, driver, and admin dashboards for better oversight and control.

Improved the route optimization flow to better support real-time traffic data and toll avoidance
Contributed to the redesign of dispatcher and driver dashboards for clarity and efficiency
Integrated external APIs to improve data accuracy and route calculations
