With no dedicated resources towards social media, Flowcode's posts have always been adhoc. This means design requests were always last minute and there was no consistency. We were missing opportunities to drive brand awareness, boost sales, build and track audience engagement, and generate leads for our sales team.

We did an audit to understand how our competitors and hero's were utilizing their social accounts and started ideating on what would work for us. We ended up with 5 content buckets, a sustainable plan to keep up the content creation, and 3 design templates for each content bucket with clearly outline requirements.
