Email prototype — A review queue for exceptions

Detail 3 of 3 from the same offline Python email prototype, built with AI assistance using synthetic messages. Five of the eight sample inputs are separated for review: ambiguous intent, unknown intent, a missing order number, repeated order values and a Reply-To mismatch. The JSON queue records each source, reason, detected intent and available fields. Missing or conflicting order numbers are not guessed.

Existing tests cover these routing decisions. This is a read-only export without an approval interface; corrected messages need a new ID or separate run. Classification uses explicit keyword rules. No paid client deployment; no email is sent.
