Overview:
Befer is a mobile-first CRM built specifically for blue-collar professionals—like home service providers, cleaners, and repair techs—to manage leads, track customer interactions, and grow their business with ease.
What I Did:
Product Design & Strategy: Designed a clean, intuitive interface for busy field workers, prioritizing speed, clarity, and automation.
Brand Identity: Built the visual identity including logo, brand color system, and typography using SF Pro Rounded.
Full Development: Created a robust mobile app using React Native with a Node.js + MongoDB backend.
AI Calling & Conversation Tracking:
Implemented an AI Calling Agent that follows up with leads automatically.
Added conversation tracking that logs call summaries, statuses, and lead progression.
Ensures no lead is ever missed, even when users are busy on the job.
Automation: Built smart pipelines, job tracking, reminders, and order conversions—all automated for field pros.
