Project Summary I transformed a single static AI image into a fully realized, narrative-driven cinematic scene using Lovart and ElevenLabs. This project demonstrates how AI can be directed to maintain visual consistency, emotion, and storytelling pacing.

Many brands and creators struggle to take AI imagery beyond a simple "moving picture." The goal of this project was to prove that AI video can handle complex narrative arcs. I wanted to take a single keyframe—an astronaut in distress—and build a coherent 27-second scene with dialogue, character consistency, and atmospheric tension, without losing the original artistic style. I generated this image and just fell in love with the lighting. 👇 It felt claustrophobic, urgent. I see a keyframe. I wanted to know why he was scared.

1. Concept & Storyboarding (Lovart) I started with a single generated image that had a striking "red alert" aesthetic. Instead of writing the script manually, I utilized Lovart’s Web Search and Thinking features.

I acted as the Director, feeding the image back into Lovart.

I tasked Lovart to brainstorm the lore (a failing life support system) and generate a storyboard that matched the visual intensity.

2. Animation & Direction Using Lovart’s image-to-video capabilities, I generated specific shots:

Extreme Close-ups to capture the fear in the eyes.

Medium Shots to establish the environment.

I ensured the lighting remained consistent across every clip to maintain immersion.

3. Voice Acting & Audio Engineering To avoid the "robotic" feel common in AI video, I exported the Lovart-generated dialogue to ElevenLabs.

Expert Technique: I utilized the Enhance Alpha feature to auto-tag the audio. This guided the AI to deliver the lines with breathlessness and panic, matching the visual urgency.

4. Final Compositing I layered sound effects to glue the shots together into a seamless scene with a filter that showcase the urgency.

A cohesive, cinematic sci-fi scene that tells a clear story in under 30 seconds. The project showcases the potential of AI for storyboarding, pre-visualization, and short-form video content.
