Sol Solar — voice solar assistant for Alexa+ (MCP server)

Sol Solar answers everyday solar questions in a spoken sentence: what your roof will make today and tomorrow, when to run the washing machine, a plan for several appliances, and whether a battery lasts until sunrise. It uses public Open-Meteo and PVGIS data, needs no API key and never invents kilowatt-hours. Built solo in October 2026 for the Amazon Developer Hackathon (Alexa+ track, open source).
Role: solo developer. Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, Model Context Protocol, Express, Zod, Open-Meteo, PVGIS, Docker.
