A Chittagong Interior Website Redesign Concept

A concept redesign of an interior design firm’s website in Chittagong, focused on clearer structure, a stronger first impression, and an easier path to contact.
Role: Web design (page structure and visual design) Tools: Figma

Problem

The firm’s work is strong, but the current site doesn’t present it as well as it could. The homepage is long, several sections repeat similar content, and when I reviewed it in October 2026 the project filters and some links weren’t working. It was hard to tell which services matter most, and the route to contact the firm wasn’t clear.

Goal

Show the firm’s strongest work quickly
Make the services and next steps clear
Remove anything that adds length without adding value
Give visitors an obvious way to get in touch

The flow

Before: Hero → About → Services → Proofs → Explore → extra cards → Client proof → Reviews → Footer
After: Hero → About → Services → Explore → Client proof → Reviews → Contact CTA → Footer
The new order follows how a client decides:
who are they, what do they do, see their work, can I trust them, how do I reach them. The contact section now comes after the trust sections, when a visitor is most ready to act.

Key design decision

Navigation: I reduced the oversized logo so the navigation supports the page instead of competing with the hero.
Hero: The call button now just says “Call” instead of showing a full phone number, which keeps it clean and still gives a direct action.
About section: I fixed the layout so the intro to the firm reads clearly and sits well alongside the visual.
Services: The original cards didn’t show which services were most important. I reorganized them so the key services stand out.
Filters : The original filter cards were square and didnt match the premium layout . I used 4:5 ratio cards to make the layout feel more sophisticated.
Removed sections: I cut the extra cards that repeated information, which shortens the page and keeps attention on what matters.
Handover projects: The original used many scattered images. I turned them into a clean carousel so visitors can browse completed work without a cluttered grid.
Reviews: I gave the review section a cleaner layout, with the image as the highlight so the work stays visible next to the feedback.
New contact section: I added a dedicated contact section with a clear call to action, which the original didn’t have.
Color palette : I replaced the original dark green with a softer, muted dark green. The heavy green overpowered the content, while the softer tone feels more premium and lets the text and photography stand out instead of the color itself.
Typography : I kept the type system simple and used weight and size to set priority. Key headings and features are larger and bolder, while supporting text is smaller and lighter, so a visitor can scan the page and see what matters first.
Quote prompt : The “we design & renovation interior services” element was in the way in the middle of the page, and about section already covered it so I removed it to minimize clutters

What this shows

This concept shows how I approach a redesign: find what’s getting in the way, reorder the page around how visitors decide, and cut anything that doesn’t serve that. The design stays visual, since interior design depends on it, while the structure becomes easier to follow.

Next Step

This is a Figma concept. The next stage would be building it in Framer or code, with fast loading and mobile layouts, and testing it with real visitors.
