Breakthrough Session | Director of Photography

I was brought on as the DP of a short film called Breakthrough Session.
I ran the Camera department including operating the camera and gaffing. The Writer/Producer and Director wanted to play with the comedy of the situation and mix it with the drama of the script.
Inspired by the work of the Coen Brothers, we landed on a look similar to the cinematography of their films.
