Led the complete overhaul and rewrite to address systemic bugs and performance issues within an iOS AI leadership coaching app that provided users with tailored, bite-sized daily training to increase their efficacy as leaders. Worked with a 20-person team to plan future feature development and releases while maintaining the existing app.
