A local pizzeria in Germany needed to go digital. They were losing orders to competitors with online ordering, and their phone-based system could not keep up during peak hours.
I built the complete system: a customer-facing mobile app for browsing the menu, ordering, and paying; a real-time kitchen dashboard for staff to manage incoming orders; and a backend API holding it all together.
The customer app is clean and fast with menu browsing, cart management, secure payment integration, and order tracking. The kitchen dashboard shows new orders in real time, lets staff accept or reject them, and pushes status updates back to the customer app automatically. The backend handles authentication, order processing, payment flows, menu management, and real-time communication.
The system is live in Germany, handling real orders from real customers every day. The pizzeria reduced phone order errors, sped up their kitchen workflow, and gave customers a modern ordering experience without needing a third-party delivery platform.
Technical highlights: real-time order synchronization, secure payment processing, push notifications for order status, admin panel for menu management, and reliability during peak hours.
