Our role was to procure

Our role was to procure and lead the design team for the client as a spec build development.  This started with the initial concept, through the Resource Consenting period, final pricing and estimating for the client feasibility, into building consent, procurement and through construction delivery.

Added to our role as project manager, we carried out the Engineer to Contract role under NZS3916 with Calders including the tenant liaison and coordination. Due to experience with Design and Build contracts, the design process was very efficient and tailored to suit the procurement of the Contractor.
