The first topic I chose is law. Here are two scripture verses were Christ mentions why He created government authorities. Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God. So anyone who rebels against authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and they will be punished. ( Romans 13: 1-2 NLT).
The second topic I chose is truth. These are two scripture that mention truth.
Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8: 31-32).
These are the reasons why I chose these scripture verses for the truth topic. One, since I was a little girl I knew I was a disciple of the truth and treated badly for doing. Second, Now that I am older, I refuse to allow our lying world to tell me it’s lies against the Truth that I worship.
I apply these verses everyday by believing in our true and living God in every circumstance and I housing government authorities by renewing my voucher.
