Casona is an açaí franchise chain from SP with more than 30 units throughout Brazil.
They are known for the flavor of their açaí, their promotions and their "Customer First" culture.
The project
The idea of the project was to create a solution to implement the franchise's new rewards and loyalty program to increase customer retention, improve satisfaction and quality survey scores and strengthen the brand.
The entire project revolved around what I called Casona Pontos. Points accumulated for each purchase made by a customer, which can be transformed into benefits and real purchases.
I created a gamified web-based application with the following navigation and functionalities:
• Placing orders online for collection.
• Casona Points as payment currency.
• Authentication of points via QR Code.
• Discount coupon page, order history and Casona Pontos entries and exits, online menu for placing orders and online store with exclusive Casona products.
The Results
