Problem:
Client was brand new to HubSpot and had a new tech start up in the real estate industry in the USA. They wanted to use the HubSpot CRM in order to track lead activity and track applications from another software and be able to track all communication and engagement within the platform.
What I did:
First few sessions, we did zoom calls to walkthrough the CRM where I recommended features that would be useful based on their requirements. We aso discussed how to work with the IT team to set up API connections to send data across accurately without messing up the numbers. This included setting up custom properties.
We also looked into cleaning up their communication system by creating a shared inbox where the support team could share an inbox to have personalised conversations with their customers and ensured that all conversations were also being logged on the customer's activity record.
