The seven c’s of effective business communication was a great learning procedure. It enhanced my knowledge. It let me know that without seven c’s communication is not sensible. I usually made many mistakes in my communication before taking the course on business communication and report writing. Many receivers asked me what I meant in my message, some even ignored my message because my message was without seven c’s. I had no idea why this is so, but after taking a business communication and report writing course I had the idea of why it is so. To cut it short, the seven c’s are the most crucial part of communication.
