View innovative and promising practices that embrace the core tenants of patient and family centered care. These practices share how they build on family strengths and promote positive parenting to support families in recovery. Each model of care is reviewed by the Maternal and Infant Health Core Planning Team and selected for replicable strategies that promote pediatric medical home approaches to care.

The HOPE Clinic strives to offer the best care to infants and mothers in recovery. The clinic takes late and walk-in appointments and aims to build a strong, positive, and well-rounded support community for the families.

The team at PEDI Clinic is promoting the need for empathetic, nonjudgmental, positive, and trauma-informed approaches to care in the inpatient and outpatient setting, and stateside through the Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative (FPQC).
