Luxury Streetwear T-Shirt Design with Dragon`

GOAL :
Client wanted a premium, minimal but bold streetwear t-shirt. The vision was to channel traditional Japanese dragon symbolism.

- Direction: Create a timeless piece that feels like a luxury brand, not just a graphic tee.
PROCESS :
My workflow was from idea to print-ready vector.
Step 01 - SKETCH: Loose pencil sketches to capture movement, scales, clouds, dynamic S-shape pose of the dragon.
Step 02 - VECTORIZE: Trace to vector in Illustrator, clean path outlines, anchor points refined for perfect scalability (.SVG / .AI).
Step 03 - REFINE: Balance line weight, add details like maple leaves, waves, clouds, and apply limited 3-color palette for screen printing.

Overview
For this project, I created a premium streetwear t-shirt design centered around a Japanese dragon — a symbol of strength, flow, and protection.
The client wanted more than just a graphic; they wanted a product that feels like a luxury brand. I started with a clear goal and moodboard (Indigo #1A2341, Gold #C5A25B, Black), exploring hand-drawn dragon studies to capture movement and traditional energy.
My process was simple but pro: Sketch → Vectorize → Refine. I turned loose pencil sketches into a clean, scalable vector, balanced the line weight, and limited the palette to 3 colors for perfect screen printing on 100% cotton.
The final result is a photorealistic 3D oversized white t-shirt featuring a detailed gold and indigo dragon with clouds and waves. It's minimal, dark, elegant, and timeless — ready for e-commerce, brand launch, and print production.
What I delivered: Print-ready .AI / .SVG file, 3D mockups, color palette, and full case study.
