What is AI-first UI, and why do you need it now? 🧐
You might have noticed, but a lot has changed in the last year, especially how we interact with applications.
The obvious change - we see a lot more chat UI everywhere, and it has become quite a standard for interacting with AI.
But adding a chat window to your product does not make it AI-first automatically.
So, what does?
It is actually 3 things:
1. Generative UI.
Design moves from static screens to defining the outcomes of generation.
2. Interactive experience.
The prompt itself is no longer about one chat window, but more about the user's journey
3. Your users are not always humans
Good documentation and a simple API are now the UI for agents, which will come to your product as well.
