Sonic's 35th Anniversary

As a contribution to Sonic's 35th anniversary, I created an animation celebrating the franchise's achievements and legacy throughout the years. The design was inspired by the colors, characters, and visual language of the Sonic universe. To really get into the right headspace, I spent some time playing through Sonic games - revisiting the levels, the speed, the energy. Created entirely in After Effects.
