The Lean Six Sigma Company is an international firm with HQ in The Netherlands and active operations in 15 countries.
Their scope is to coach businesses and professionals on processes optimization and continuous enhancement according to Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies and SO regulations.
These approaches are known for having driven Toyota and hundreds of other big brands to success.
Project Overview 🔎
The firm contacted me to help them reach several objectives for growth, mainly related to the Italian division.
Among my main tasks, I have planned and created content for a yearly editorial plan on social media, together with SEO articles to continuously boost the blog and keep the traffic high.
The organic campaigns have paired well with the already ongoing digital advertising, improving the organic lead base by around 33% on LinkedIn.

The strategy was to start observing the traffic response to purely organic content, so I created SEO-optimized blog articles related to the countless applications of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The articles have been paired with a social media editorial plan on Linked-in and Facebook.

At the yearly review, we agreed on continuously finding new way of improving and optimizing the marketing efforts to push growth, and observed results such as:
