iBanPay Product Explainer & Motion Design Video

I created this short-form product explainer to communicate how iBanPay simplifies a traditionally manual payment workflow. The goal was to take a process involving invoices, payment details, approvals, and transfers and turn it into a clear, visually engaging story that viewers could understand in under a minute.

Rather than relying on a traditional screen recording, I built the video around motion-driven product storytelling—combining animated interface elements, kinetic typography, floating UI compositions, branded transitions, and focused product interactions.

Payment and financial software can easily feel complicated when too much information is shown at once. The key challenge was therefore not simply showing the interface, but controlling what the viewer sees, when they see it, and where their attention goes.

The video needed to quickly establish the pain point—manually entering payment information—before introducing iBanPay as the solution and demonstrating the workflow without overwhelming the viewer with unnecessary product details.

I used a clean fintech/SaaS visual language built around the brand's dark purple, white, and luminous violet palette.

The motion system combines:

Kinetic typography for the main narrative

Animated SaaS interface mockups

Cursor and button interaction animation

Smooth zooms and camera movement

Glow and light effects

Layered UI compositions

Minimal transitions between dark and bright scenes

Visual emphasis around important payment information

Branded end-frame animation

The contrast between dark, atmospheric product scenes and bright interface sequences helps keep the 48-second edit visually dynamic while maintaining a consistent identity.

The video follows a simple problem-to-solution structure.

It begins by asking whether users are still manually entering payment details, immediately establishing the friction the product is designed to remove.

From there, the animation introduces iBanPay as an AI-powered payment assistant and visually walks through the workflow: forwarding an invoice, automatically extracting key information, reviewing payment details, selecting payment options, sending the payment for approval, receiving approval, and completing the transfer.

The final “Stay in control” message brings the sequence back to the core product benefit before transitioning into the iBanFirst brand outro.

This structure allowed the product functionality to be demonstrated while keeping the video concise and marketing-focused rather than turning it into a technical tutorial.

I paid particular attention to pacing and visual hierarchy. Important text and actions receive enough screen time to be understood, while transitions remain fast enough to preserve the energy expected from a modern SaaS advertisement.

UI elements are isolated, enlarged, rotated, or brought forward when they become relevant instead of presenting the entire application at the same visual weight. This directs the viewer naturally from one step of the payment journey to the next.

Subtle depth, glow, scaling, and perspective movement also help transform otherwise static software screens into a more cinematic product presentation.

The finished piece is a concise product marketing video that turns a multi-step financial workflow into an easy-to-follow visual narrative.

It demonstrates how video editing, motion graphics, UI animation, typography, and product storytelling can work together to make software feel simpler, faster, and more engaging.

The format is suitable for SaaS launches, landing pages, paid campaigns, social media, product announcements, presentations, and feature showcases.
