From 2017 to 2020 I've been working with the swedish online payment company Klarna. As product designer, my role was to craft the experience and train teams to keep it shine over time.
Over 2+ years, I designed and managed an important onboarding flow , became expert at the UX problem, and helped 5 more teams within the same problem space.
