Inner Child Healing with Sean and Sam is part love letter to childhood, part invitation to slow down. It began as play — two friends exploring creativity and self-connection — and became something much more honest. The film captures the tenderness of rediscovering curiosity, movement, and simplicity through art.

I filmed, edited, color graded, wrote, and scored the piece myself. Shot on my Panasonic Lumix G7 with Rokinon lenses and a Metabones speed booster, I handled all creative and technical aspects from start to finish — from voiceover writing and audio composition in Logic Pro X to the final edit in Final Cut Pro.

This project was a spontaneous collaboration that turned into a reflection on self-acceptance. Every frame and sound was chosen to feel grounded, nostalgic, and sincere — an attempt to merge my love for filmmaking, music, and healing into one experience. It’s the kind of film that teaches you about yourself while you’re making it.
