Scalable Software Solution for Workshops

Independently developed a full-stack website that allows line managers to assess their employees and accordingly assign them to workshops offered by other skilled employees. After these workshops are held, the managers reassess the attendees and keep their scores recorded on the database. The website is built using Blazor and Radzen, and the data is stored using SQL and Entity Framework.
