Land Republic translates Real Estate investment from “boring” to “exciting”, customizing its rigid traditional set-up and bridging the cultural age gap, so that young adults can become proud asset owners in their prime. User Centric Design
I focused on crafting a user-centric design that felt engaging and approachable. This included vibrant visuals, intuitive navigation, and an interface that appealed to both the younger demographic and those familiar with traditional Real Estate.
Subtle Interactions
To make the site more interactive, I added subtle interactive features such as 3D globe (by F’insweet)and other in-page interactions
Responsive Development
Knowing that accessibility across devices was crucial, I ensured that the website was fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices to reach a broader audience.
Integrations
Leveraging cutting-edge web technologies, I incorporated chatbots for real-time assistance.
Iterative Collaboration
Throughout the project, I maintained an iterative and collaborative process with the company's co-founder and the designer, regularly incorporating their feedback and making improvements to the site and its functionality.
