Productivity Dashboard

I created a report which will be used to monitor their team members' productivity.

The client had a chatbot in their organization's workspace where the employees post their questions and the bot answers them. However, if the users are not satisfied with those answers, they can raise a ticket for those questions answered by an expert.

The report answered the following questions:

1. Is the system being used?

2. Is the system being improved?

3. Are the people working?

4. Is the system avoiding calls going to the external help desk system?
