Overview
I designed and implemented a global training program to upskill team members across technical and non-technical roles, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and team growth. My role included hiring, interviewing, and resume review to build a high-performing team that aligned with organizational goals. For technical solutions specialists, I developed detailed onboarding and upskilling sessions tailored to their roles, equipping them with in-depth knowledge of technical processes, tools, and client-facing strategies.
For non-technical members, I created personalized training programs that leveraged their interests and skills, enabling them to contribute effectively to technical workflows while gaining greater autonomy. This program enhanced team performance, streamlined onboarding, and boosted morale.
