Ingenium - Ticketing Made Safe

Ingenium is a primary and secondary marketplace for ticketing, that provides a full eco-system of solutions for organisers.

Ingenium has web platform and a mobile app powered by react native. It allows organisers to list events with seat selection based on seat maps of their events with multiple release types. We have worked with Ingenium extensively, in-house throughout even supporting the companies fund-rasing efforts.

The project tries to solve multiple challenges in the growing secondary ticket market mainly trying to avoid scams. While it features a custom designed TOTP ticket scan feature to allow organisers to protect their events, and regulate scalpers making tickets inaccessible.

The project leverages the MERN stack deployed on google's cloud platform for scaleability, utilising the cloud run platform, message queues and vertically scaling bare bones server at certain parts.

What makes a project like this unique and meticulous is that there are many different types of users the ecosystem accommodates.

Each of the above users get a different dashboard that show them analytics relevant to them and make performing sales and operations easier.

The system also has a POS terminal for organisers to setup which links with stripe terminals and allows vendors to charge user cards or accept mobile wallets.
