BIG ATOM is a tyre recycling company in the UK. Users felt lost due to confusing navigation, and unclear CTA buttons led to frustration and drop-offs.
I redesigned both the website and user portal:
🔹 Website Overhaul – simplified navigation, improved content hierarchy, and redesigned CTA buttons for clarity and visibility.
🔹 User Portal Redesign – reduced unnecessary steps in the userflow, and ensured action buttons were clearly labeled and strategically placed.
