Advanced Chatbot for Customer Service

I needed a tool to interact with my clients, specifically to respond to user questions and book appointments. When I explored the market for existing solutions, I found them unsatisfactory and beyond my budget, with prices around $16,000 for an omnibot. Therefore, I decided to build the bot myself and created an agency to offer it to clients.

Now, I have developed the first version of the bot, which chats with users, books appointments, and logs requests and leads in my CRM. It has proven to be useful on a daily basis.

The bot is capable of interacting with clients on the webchat, telegram, whatsapp and it can reply to emails.
